Eligibility
The product(s) should be in resalable condition. It must not be used, washed, worn, and should be returned with intact tags and original packaging.
Return Request
You must initiate the return request through our website within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition
Items returned should have all tags and labels intact. Products returned for reasons such as manufacturing defects or incorrect sizes will be accepted.
Steps to Initiate Return Process:

- Enter your Order Number and Email ID/Zip Code/Contact Number and click on ‘Find My Order’ to proceed.
- Choose the products you wish to return and complete the process.
- Our team will review your return request within 24-48 hours and will contact you with further instructions via email or phone.

- Once the return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your order. Ensure to hand over the package to the assigned pickup agent and obtain the pickup receipt.
Steps to Refund & Exchange Process:
- Once we receive the returned product(s) in good condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Please note that refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in Your Account, depending on your payment method.

- After receiving the returned product, the requested size or new product will be dispatched to you.
Please Note: Products exchanged for a different size or style must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with tags intact. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
