At Girly Colours, we are committed to providing our customers with the best quality products. We want you to love your purchase! However, Kindly review our updated policy below to understand how we handle returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and facilitate exchanges under specific conditions such as Fit Issues (Exchange Only).If the size you ordered does not fit, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size of the same product.

  • Resalable Condition: All exchanged product(s) must be in their original, resalable condition. This means they must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags intact and in their original packaging.
  • Return/Exchange Request Window: You must initiate your return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order via email request support@girlycolours.in or call us at 044-35946105 for assistance.
  • Product Condition Eligibility: Items returned must have all tags and labels intact. We will accept products returned due to:
    • Manufacturing Defects: If your item has a manufacturing flaw.
    • Incorrect Product Received: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
    • Fit Issues (Exchange Only): If the size you ordered does not fit, we are happy to offer an exchange for a different size of the same product. we will review your request and consider exchange of the Same product & provide the product (Next size which is requested for) & provided all other eligibility criteria are met.

Important Exclusions (Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Conditions):

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Color Fade/Discrepancy: Slight variations in color due to screen settings or minor fading after washing (if not a manufacturing defect) are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Minor Imperfections: Small, negligible imperfections that do not affect the functionality or overall appearance of the product.
  • Wear and Tear: Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper care.
  • Altered Products: Any product that has been altered, resized, or modified by the customer.
  • Products without Original Tags/Packaging: Items returned without their original tags or packaging will not be accepted.

Steps to Initiate a Exchange:

  • Customer care Contact: you can contact us via email at support@girlycolours.in or call us at 044-35946105 for assistance.
  • Review & Instructions: Our team will review your request within 24-48 business hours and will contact you with further instructions via email or phone.
  • Reverse Pickup: Once your return/exchange is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your order. Please ensure the package is ready and hand it over to the assigned pickup agent, obtaining the pickup receipt for your records.

Refund & Exchange Process:

For Refunds: Refunds request are subjected to approval (Refer above section Eligibility for Returns & Exchange/ Important Exclusions Sections)

  • Once we receive the returned product(s) and confirm they are in eligible condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank and payment method.

For Exchanges (Size/Style Mismatch):

  • After your exchange request is approved and we receive the original product in eligible condition via reverse pickup, we will dispatch the requested size or new product to you.
  • Please specify the desired size or style during your exchange request when speaking with our team.
